DCEC's website provides general information and resources intended to inform visitors of the function of DCEC, and our role in the effort to improve academic outcomes for students attending public school in the District of Columbia.

DCEC's website contains links to other organizations and government entities. DCEC encourages you to be aware of and to read the privacy statements of each of these other websites. This privacy statement only applies to the DCEC website.

You may browse DCEC's website without submitting personal information. However, if you choose to voluntarily complete a Resource Directory Profile, you will be asked to enter contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number), and information relevant to your program or organization that will be available through the Resource Directory. If you submit a request to be added to DCEC's email list, your email address will be used to notify you of DCEC news and announcements. Voluntary information submitted on the DCEC website will not be sold to a third party.
